Each unit is shipped to you individuallypackaged and ready for installation and start up. All of the necessary components are included … and more: compressor, water condenser,evaporator, multi speed blower and factory installed water regulatingvalve. The control panel includes: compressor, contactor, fan relay, 24volt transformer, factory installed high pressure limit control, andlockout relay. Our high quality standards are checked and rechecked throughout the manufacturing process. Before packaging,each and every unit is put through a grueling performance test and a complete inspection report is filled out.

 To back our quality we offer a complete 1-year warranty against all manufacturing defects and an additional four year warranty on the compressor.

WSC Condensing Unit for Centrally Ducted Water-Cooled Air Conditioners

The WSC water cooled split systems are for use in residential or commercial air
Conditioning applications and offer high cooling efficiencies (EER's), as they
Operate at low condensing temperatures.

These compact units can be placed virtually anywhere indoors and connected to an evaporator in the furnace or with a matching air handler. The heat rejected as hot water can be gainfully used for heating domestic water or for
other applications. Available in 6 different sizes ranging from 1 ton to 5 tons (12,000 to 65,000 Btu/h) in a wide selection of voltages/phases.

The condensing units are enclosed in a baked enamel steel cabinet equipped with a high efficiency compressor. Safety features and controls include: afactory mounted water regulating valve, filter drier and a high pressure limit control. Units are pre charged with service valves.
