The Aquazone water source heat pump system by Carrier offers a broad range of models delivering efficient, reliable temperature and humidity control for a wide variety of applications. Models provided are suitable for replacement or new construction and for a boiler/tower or geothermal (open or ground loop) configuration.Choose from standard, high, or premium efficiency models including the Puron® refrigerant two-stage model that offers energy efficiency ratios (EERs) up to 18.5 in boiler/tower applications and up to 31.5 in geothermal applications. 50PTH AQUAZONE
Indoor, Water-Cooled, Two-Stage Water Source Heat Pump, with Peron® Refrigerant (R-410A), 2 to 5½ Tons, 50PTH – Horizontal, 50PTV – Vertical, 50PTD - Downflow
The 50PT indoor water-cooled heat pump unit is designed for vertical, horizontal, or downflow installation with a variety of airflow configuations. These units utilize Puron® refrigerant, modulating scroll technology, and Carrier’s modulating hot water reheat to provide a practical and economical approach for comfort conditioning requirements in renovation and new construction applications. The 50PT unit can be used in both traditional and geothermal applications, and is also ideally suited for geothermal projects seeking LEED® certification.
