Furnace Service and Tune-up will be including the following Check up points:

  1. Check and clean furnace fan compartment.
  2. Check fuse/breaker and mark electrical panel.
  3. Check operation of thermostat and level.
  4. Check and calibrate heat anticipator in the thermostat.
  5. Inspect, clear and adjust orifices, burners, and gas valves.
  6. Check that there is an adequate source of combustion air to furnace.
  7. Check operation, settings of limit and fan controls.
  8. Check and adjust blower operation. Replace belt if required.
  9. Lubricate all moving parts.
  10. Wash or replace your standard 1” furnace filer.
  11. Disconnect drain and verify it is clear.
  12. Water test condensate pump.
  13. Adjust combustion air to burners.
  14. Clean and adjust pilot assembly/ignition module.
  15. Inspect neutralizer.
  16. Open humidifier bypass & turn on humidistat.
  17. Examine vent connection and exhaust venting system.
  18. Check operation of exhaust ventor motor.
  19. Check gas piping to furnace.
  20. Check operation of elements and sequencers.
  21. Run test furnace.
